Co-Founder & Coach
Michael is a dedicated Personal Trainer and Co-Founder, with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and almost 20 years in boxing. Known for his personalised approach and unwavering commitment to his clients, Michael has transformed countless lives through his expert guidance and motivational coaching. His extensive background in health and fitness, combined with his passion for holistic wellness, makes him a sought-after trainer for those looking to achieve their health and fitness goals. Michael integrates his in- depth knowledge of sports science within a nurturing retreat environment, providing an unparalleled experience that promotes both physical and mental well-being.
Sophie Harris Co-Founder & Coach
Sophie is an enthusiastic and passionate Co-Founder and Coach. With over five years of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work, pouring her heart and soul into everything that she does. Sophie is deeply committed to her clients, prioritising their well-being and striving to make a positive impact in their lives.
Karen Harris, Private Chef
Karen is an innovative and creative Chef with over 30 years experience, working on film sets, corporate and private events. She ensures that every dish is healthy, nutritious and an absolute delight to eat, with nothing less than high quality in standard and presentation. Karen’s energy is infectious, and the passion and love that goes into her food keeps her clients coming back for more. From her love of travel, She enjoys bringing flavours from around the world into her dishes.
Zarah Taj, Yoga Instructor
Zarah is a deeply passionate Yoga Instructor with almost 4 years of experience teaching, and more than 10 years practising herself. Having attained a degree in psychology, she has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and is fascinated by the potential of combining psychological knowledge with yoga practices to explore this connection further. Zarah’s yoga practice incorporates various techniques such as sound healing, meditation, and positive affirmations. She is currently enrolled in an ayuverdia program, which has allowed her to deepen her understanding and skills in this field.
